To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Bergamo International Airport.This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.? Your Role & Responsibilities:When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.G., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Bergamo International Airport arrivals area when notified.Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.(Note:
No airport security clearance is required for this role).? What We OfferHigh Flexibility: A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available.Great Compensation: 20$ per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour) + 15$ per claim after the first 5; Full Expense Reimbursement: Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.Performance Bonuses: Opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration with increased responsibilities.?
