Every week brings new product launches, new campaigns, new markets and new challenges.The RoleWe're looking for a Social Media Content Creator based in Florence to work closely with our founders and help capture the Kind Patches story across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.This is a very hands-on role for someone who loves being behind the camera.You'll meet with our founders regularly in Florence to film everything from quick TikToks and Reels to founder stories, behind-the-scenes moments and longer-form YouTube vlogs.Some content will be planned. A lot of the best content won't be.We want someone who can come into a day of meetings, a product launch, a trip or just a normal day and immediately see the content opportunities. Someone who knows when to start filming, what questions to ask, where to stand, how to frame the shot and when something needs to be filmed again.You need to be confident enough to direct the founders, not just point a camera at them.If something isn't working, say it. If there's a better hook, suggest it. If we need another take, get another take. If you spot something that would make a great piece of content,



grab the camera and make it happen.For the right person, there will also be opportunities to travel with our founders and film vlog-style content around launches, meetings, retail, events and other moments as the brand grows.What You'll DoFilm with our founders in Florence on a regular basisCapture founder-led content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTubeFilm high-quality vlog-style and behind-the-scenes content on the goCapture both planned shoots and spontaneous momentsFilm and edit short-form TikToks and ReelsFilm and edit longer-form YouTube and vlog contentConfidently direct our founders during shootsCome up with hooks, concepts and content ideasKnow when something isn't working and confidently suggest a better way to film itSpot content opportunities without waiting for someone to give you a briefCreate content independently for Kind PatchesShoot product, lifestyle and still contentCapture high-quality video and audio across different environmentsWork with our wider marketing team around launches, campaigns and key brand momentsPotentially travel with the founders to capture content as the role developsWho We're Looking ForWe care much more about your eye, energy and work than the number of years on your CV. You could be a student, recent graduate, freelancer or already working as a creator or videographer.What matters is that you:Live in Florence and can work with our founders in person regularlyHave a genuinely great eye for contentAre confident behind a cameraCan shoot high-quality content both on a phone and cameraUnderstand framing,



lighting, composition and audioCan film naturally while moving around and following what's happeningUnderstand vlog-style and documentary-style storytellingCan edit both short-form and longer-form videoUnderstand TikTok, Instagram and YouTubeAre confident directing people and aren't afraid to take control of a shootCan make people feel comfortable and natural on cameraAre proactive and hands-onDon't need to be told what to film every five minutesNaturally spot moments, stories and ideas that could become good contentMove quickly and are happy working in an environment where plans can changeSpeak English confidentlyAre open to occasional travel if the role developsExperience with cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar editing software is a plus.The SetupThis is a tempo parziale, flexible role based in Florence, Italy. We're open to students, recent graduates, freelancers and creators. You'll need to be available for regular in-person filming sessions with our founders in Florence. Outside of filming, the role can be flexible.And if you're brilliant at it, there's room for the role to grow. We travel regularly for Kind Patches, and we'd love to find someone who could eventually come with us to capture those trips and turn them into great YouTube and social content.How to ApplyDon't worry about writing us a long cover letter.
