**The Role** **Main Duties**
- Supporting day to day client service, addressing requests and queries from the client, insurers and other third parties
- Understanding the client’s global insurance program and utilizing them in accordance with the client’s insurance and risk management philosophy
- Maintenance of information on the client database
- Supporting the manager on market presentations / underwriting submissions as required
- Completion of reports as required
- Completion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties (client / network)
- Supporting liaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed
