**The Role** **Business Analyst international
We are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst International **to join in the Health & Benefits Team. **Main Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and test plans.
- Lead User Acceptance Test and regression test with the product/system owner and relative Subject Matter Expert.
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather information and provide updates.




- Collaborate with software developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analyse current business processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to build stakeholders’ confidence.
- Support the Project Manager in all project activities.
- Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to identify issues and drive the escalation management.
