through the definition of competitive and innovative Total Rewarding policies, that the remuneration structure (fixed, variabile remuneration, benefits, etc..) reflects the external labor market and respects internal equityEnsure that corporate compensation policies are aligned with the Group's long-term objectives Support the development of Total Rewarding solutions in order to attract, retain and reward top talent in a highly competitive environmentCollaborate on implementing and managing "Salary Classification" programs (branding, position, weighing etc..)Support the management of company reward systems, ensuring their implementation in HQ and at branches, from design, communication, to final accounting and calculation of related payoutsManage the budget and forecast of annual salary plan WWMonitor and management the "provision" of incentive systems (short term)Support the review of Benefits agreements in all WW countries to
