FRAG SRL is looking for an important customer in the Oil&Gas;' sector, a Document Controller Coordinator that prepares, manages, and archives documents related to projects. He/She will also have to support all the company's procedures, ensuring the clarity, updating, and traceability of the documents. **Responsibilities**: - Regulate and manage documentation and communications;
- File archiving, ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary updated documentation;
- Copy, scan, and storage documents;
- Checking accuracy and modifying document files, such as delivery letters and contracts;
- Review and update technical documents (manuals and workflows);
- Preparation of ad hoc reports on projects as needed. *** **Requirements**: - Management of engineering degree or technical diploma;
- Preferred qualification: previous experience in technical roles;
- At least 1 years’ experience in the same role;
