ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3 pTo be a Company Brand Ambassador and to be responsible to achieve all the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the product category department assigned. To manage and motivate the department team in achieving the sales target, ensuring extraordinary Client service experience, being present on the sales floor, managing the activities of the department. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 h3BUSINESS /h3 ul liEnsure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross selling among the product categories. /li liAnalyze the department performance and define the actions required for achieving the business objectives. /li liGive commercial suggestions to SM. /li liDrive the team to exceed their KPIs. /li liBe constantly up-to-date on market trend and share insights with relevant functions. /li liFoster the ecommerce channel development. /li /ul h3CUSTOMER /h3 ul liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. /li liStrengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and gains new local customers to grow department sales. /li /ul h3TEAM /h3 ul liTrain and inspire the sales staff of her/his department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures.



/li liEnsure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of ad hoc morning briefing. /li /ul h3RETAIL /h3 ul liGuarantee an in-depth product knowledge within the department, working with the relevant functions to support product/ collection training needs. /li liProvide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the Store Manager. /li liEnsure effective and efficient back-of-house organization for the department and is responsible for the protection of the company’s assets as well as the staff grooming standards to be ensured. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3 ul liFluent spoken Italian and English expected. Other languages are desirable. /li liPassion and knowledge of the managed product category. /li liBusiness driven. /li liTeam player with the ability to lead and influence peers. /li liStrong customer service approach. /li liNatural ability to serve our client. /li liConfident, enthusiastic and positive. /li liProblem solving. /li liOrganized and detail oriented. /li liMarket and product knowledge/passion. /li liBusiness/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus. /li liInterest in luxury/fashion, art and design. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
