With more than 7,000 employees 59% in Italy and 41% worldwide we are present in over 80 countries. /b /p pFor the bIMA BFB Division /b, we are looking for a bProduction Planner /b. /p pbIMA BFB /b specializes in the design and manufacturing of end-of-line secondary packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. /p h3bThe Role /b /h3 ul liTake ownership of orders resulting from the sale of machines or complete production lines, performing operational and planning analyses to identify project requirements and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines. /li liGather and manage all technical and commercial information (custom-designed components, specifications, materials, etc.) required to support the correct assembly of machines within agreed deadlines. /li liManage and maintain relationships with external suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for activity coordination and material procurement. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Assembly Department, Engineering, and other functions) to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow throughout the entire project lifecycle. /li liIssue and manage purchase orders for components, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with production requirements.
