Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future. /p h3What The Job Looks Like /h3 pEach day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: /p ul liIn this role, you will be responsible for the site maintenance plan through SAP PM (CMMS) management, maintenance performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives, working closely with Engineering, Maintenance and Production global and local teams and leading your Spare Parts team; /li liDevelop maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining maintenance engineering reports of KPIs trend and targets; /li liMonitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, and reliability trends; /li liSupport the Head of Engineering Maintenance in the maintenance budget management (Opex Capex)

and related reporting; /li liContribute to technical spare parts optimization and contractor management; /li liSupport procurement activities within the Engineering area; /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental and corporate requirements; /li liMaintain and update engineering and maintenance documentation. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring To The Table /h3 pTo make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: /p ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical background; /li li3+ years of experience in maintenance planning within complex industrial environments; /li liGood knowledge of SAP PM is mandatory; /li liUnderstanding of maintenance and operation of manufacturing equipment; /li liKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing) and of safety regulations (GMP is a plus); /li liFluency both in Italian and English; /li liStrong analytical, communication and ability to work cross-functionally; /li liPassion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. /li /ul pOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system.
