We are seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Technical Contracts team part of our Legal, Contracts & Compliance General Division, based in Milan. Review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, as well as agreements related to the supply chain (e.g., service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods),



ensuring client interests are protected in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholdersProvide legal support across a broad spectrum of activities within Renewables Business Unit, including business development, origination, permitting, M&A;, corporate transactions, PPAs, project financing, and construction—primarily in Italy and Eastern EuropeAdvise stakeholders on legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance matters relevant to the construction and energy sectorsConduct in-depth legal research to ensure that all counsel provided is aligned with the latest legislation and regulatory developments, in coordination with the Senior Legal CounselCollaborate with external legal advisors to address and resolve complex legal mattersCoordinate and structure legal workflows and responsibilities in close alignment with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of LegalWhat you bring to the role: Qualified lawyer in Italy and member of the r
