ph3What We're Looking For /h3 /brpJoin a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. /p /brh301 /h3 /brh3How you’ll make a difference /h3 /brul /brliSupport employee administration activities, including hiring, terminations, employee transfers, and contractual amendments. /li /brliManage HR documentation such as employment contracts, mandatory communications, and tax-related documents. /li /brliCollaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. /li /brliSupport attendance management activities, including vacation, sick leave, and other absences, while monitoring time-tracking systems. /li /brliMaintain and archive employee documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and administrative regulations. /li /brliSupport the administration of employee benefits (insurance plans, meal vouchers, welfare programs and other company benefits) /li /brliPrepare periodic reports and analyses for the HR team and business stakeholderss. /li /brliCollaborate with managers across different business functions to support human resources management activities. /li /br /ul /brh302 /h3 /brh3What we’re looking for /h3 /brul /brliDegree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. /li /brliAt least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within structured companies, professional firms, consulting companies, or recruitment agencies. /li /brliSolid knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, social security contributions, compensation, and tax regulations related to the employee lifecycle.
