Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities such as Health & Safety–driven risk analysis, planning and coordination, customer communication, and the efficient management of technical teams and resources.How you will do it:Develop a deep understanding of customers, their businesses, and the processes and tools they use to achieve their objectives.Ensure best-in-class service delivery through effective resource planning, deployment, and field operations administration.Own and drive financial KPIs for the assigned area of responsibility, including revenue, margin, profitability, resource utilization,
and absorptionPartner closely with your direct manager and other service delivery leaders to ensure resources are deployed in line with contractual obligations and customer commitmentsMonitor field service execution to ensure internal processes are followed and customer expectations are consistently metTrack and report competitor activity and market trends relevant to the service business growth strategyApply and promote safety policies in industrial environments in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs. 81/2008Prepare and validate work permits, including work at height, activities on operating plants, correct application of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), PPE, and operating proceduresSupport the assessment of specific risks through on-site inspections, coordinating with internal or customer RSPP and HSE Managers.What we look for:Required Bachelor's degree or equivalentProven technical expertise in Industrial Refrigeration an
