We serve the M&A; tax market, assisting private capital houses and acquisitive corporates in their transactions.As part of the team, you'll provide support in a dynamic environment, enhancing your tax knowledge and analytical skills. You'll be encouraged to think proactively and adopt a practical, transaction-oriented approach.Your tasks will include:tax structuring of M&A; deals and tax due diligence assignments;tax incentives and grants;routine tax advisory services.You'll be involved in domestic and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills, through interaction with the brightest minds in the field and clients who have exacting standards.Your ProfileThis is the perfect opportunity if you have: Education and Qualificationsgained a master's degree in economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or law (LMG-01),
with a final mark of at least 105/110;qualified (or are in the process of qualifying) as a chartered accountant (dottore commercialista) and/or lawyer (avvocato); Experience, Skills and Competenciesat least 3 years' experience as a junior or senior tax specialist within a Big Four or top-tier advisory firm;the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach;good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial views on technical matters and seek guidance when needed;strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines;a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across different projects;in the case of more experienced candidates, the ability to support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and ensuring high-quality deliverables;excellent interperson
