Partner with the best
As Operations Supervisors, you will be responsible for:

- Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE) acting as Person in Charge (Preposto as per D.Lgs. 81/08)

- Promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work Authority

- Support Operations Leader in the organization of talks on HSE issues, Quality, Compliance and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)

- Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engage, if necessary, the relevant Support Function

- Collaborating with quality inspections on resolution of Nonconformity

- Making sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstation

- Enabling operators’ activities with expertise and facilitate technical discussion with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Department; Ensure consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition

- Supporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD…)

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or Technical Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant expertise

- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong oral and written communication skills and superior listening skills.

- High-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries.

- Availability of working in shifts and in weekends, if required.

- Interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence others.

- HSE Person in Charge (Preposto as per D.Lgs. 81/08) qualifications will be considered as a plus.

- Excellent time management skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
