develops key accounts and ensures a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities through a consultative and value-based selling approach.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory growth plans aligned with GEA Bakery's strategic objectives.Drive customer engagement and build strong relationships with key decision makers.Lead complex sales opportunities in collaboration with Front Line Sales organizations and internal stakeholders.Coordinate account development plans for strategic and key customers.Manage opportunity pipelines, forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.Develop customer-focused value propositions based on productivity, performance and Total Cost of Ownership.Coordinate cross-functional resources including Application Management, Product Management and Technical Offer teams throughout the sales process.Lead commercial negotiations while ensuring profitability and long-term customer value.Deliver Order Intake, Revenue, Margin and business growth targets.Provide market insights and Voice of Customer feedback to support innovation and future business development.Your Profile / QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Business or
