This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month-end close activities. Beyond execution, the role plays a key part in strengthening financial and costing processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing reporting and internal controls that help move the organization forward. The successful candidate is both a doer and a thinker—comfortable in a plant-based environment, energized by change,
and motivated by translating complex manufacturing data into clear, actionable insight. Sitting at the intersection of accounting and financial analysis, this role supports budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting tied directly to production performance.
