We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Electrification business. You will work with the Sales team(s) to develop, implement and manage the local key accounts strategy focusing on service level and overall customer satisfaction. You will ensure full compliance with the agreed service level(s), through maintaining direct contact with the key accounts and ensuring full alignment within customer operations and continuous improvement functions. We are offering temporary contract due to maternity leave. **Your responsibilities**:



- Pro-actively communicates with customers and internal functions to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing all relevant information.
- Order Entry activities.
- Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Provides appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g., order changes, order completion, expediting, tracking and communication, blocks, and suspensions, etc.). **Your background**: - Degree in Business administration, or administrative education similar.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Good in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access).
- Training in SAP or Salesforce CRM will be preferred. **More about us**:
