We're looking for someone to lead that portfolio: not just delivering individual projects, but owning the full picture across every active engagement - status, risk, dependencies, capacity, and go-live dates.This is a deployment leadership role. You'll take customers from signed contract to live, adopted platform: configuration, integrations, data migration, training, go-live, and hand-over to Customer Success. You'll also lead and develop the Project Managers who run these deployments day to day, and personally manage our most strategic accounts.Portfolio managementMaintain a single, reliable view of the entire deployment portfolio - status, milestones, dependencies, risks - for leadership reportingAllocate Project Managers across engagements based on workload and complexityOwn scope, budget (ACV) and timeline discipline across the portfolio, managing change through the Statement of WorkIdentify and escalate at-risk projects ea
