Supporting the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a large team of 39 in store within a dynamic luxury retail environment, creating a culture of excellence,



collaboration and accountability.RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the Store Manager and ASM in driving category performance and achieving commercial objectives.Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to strengthen individual and team effectiveness.Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and implement actions to optimise results.Champion Burberry behaviours and standards, fostering an inclusive and high-performing team culture.Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations and consistent execution across the business.PERSONAL PROFILEPrevious experience leading teams within a retail, luxury or customer-focused environment.Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop others.Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve bu
