Financial Analyst

Role:
As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the Group Finance Team to monitor and evaluate the organization's financial performance. The role will cover a broad range of Finance activities, from day-to-day operations to strategic and ad hoc projects, with a particular focus on supporting the Group's international subsidiaries across the globe.

Responsibilities:
o Analyse and evaluate historical and current financial data to understand and manage the Group's financial performance;
o Manage all accounting operations (including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Consolidation, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition) across existing subsidiaries and potential acquisition targets;
o Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and report variances;
o Develop financial models to forecast business performance and profitability;
o Research technical accounting matters to ensure compliance and support the month-end and year-end closing processes;
o Coordinate with external accountants,



auditors and other financial advisors across the Group's international subsidiaries;
o Analyse industry trends and relevant business data;
o Prepare data-driven reports to support management decision-making;
o Support M&A; activities and the preparation of financial documentation for funding and financing processes.

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
o At least 2 years of experience in consulting or finance environment, including experience in AFC within a multinational company, with a focus on controlling, budgeting and consolidation;
o Strong knowledge of both general and analytical accounting;
o Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles;
o Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modelling;
o Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
o Availability to travel internationally.
