We are looking for a Customer and Channel Marketing Specialist who will engage and support National Sales Organization (NSO) on their marketing activities, planning and ensuring marketing strategies and actions are developed and delivered.Skills required:Minimum 3 years of experience in a Field Specialist, Brand Expert, Brand Ambassador, or Territory Sales role.Proven experience in training delivery and business management, including:monitoring and analyzing sell-in and sell-out performance across retail outlets;collecting market insights and competitor intelligence within the assigned territory;executing trade marketing activities, including visual merchandising and point-of-purchase (POP) materials;supporting events and promotional initiatives.Bachelor's degree required.Good command of English, both written and spoken.As the role requires regular presence at the Milan office,
