Automation Support Team. position holder will support robotics and automation manufacturing lines by
handling incidents and requests to restore service, implementing workarounds
where necessary to ensure production equipment remains operational. addition, the position will support manufacturing change requests related to
new business requirements and contribute to improving equipment efficiency.applications such as AMA (Activity Manager Automation), EICs (Equipment
Integrated Controller), and EMCS (Equipment Monitoring and Control System)
within the robotics and automation environment. Apply ST standard resolution
methodologies, such as 8D, to identify root causes and implement permanent
Support users in addressing new
business requirements. Test new features in software
releases related to automation, ensuring existing features continue to function
Test and deploy new versions of EICs
(Equipment Controller) and perform characterization and buy-off activities for
EICs on new equipment types when required. Conduct training sessions for key
high-quality customer service delivered within budget and on time. Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology or a related field. Knowledge of PL/SQL. Experience in robotics and
automation within a manufacturing environment will be considered an asset,
