Job ID: 41590 | Location: Novara, Piedmont, Italy | Work Model: Onsite We are looking for a driven and passionate Process Technology Engineer to join our BU Catalysts team. In this role, you will go beyond day-to-day process oversight: you will oversee and improve the existing chemical plants, lead the design, construction and commissioning of new production plants, implement and optimize procedures, manage HSE&Q; critical aspects and drive impactful cost saving initiatives. Please submit your application via the system, the onces sent by email won't be accepted due to data privacy.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate projects related to process and product optimization, creating detailed work plans and managing interactions between Engineering, Business, and Production teams.Evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency while analyzing production unit reliability.Provide expertise in chemical production,



including plant startup capabilities and understanding of key procedural requirements.Stay current with emerging manufacturing technologies and support production plant projects including troubleshooting and quality improvements.Ensure compliance with local regulations and Clariant policies, performing process risk analysis for safe equipment operation.Apply statistical methods and project management skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements5-10 years of experience in production, product development, and project management.University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent.Strong understanding of production processes and process engineering principles.Project management skills and proficiency with statistical methods.Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).CCNL INDUSTRIA CHIMICA.Local benefits from key categories:Life & Disability.Retirement & Long-Term Benefits.48 42 293 49 72 | mobile: +comClariant is a Swiss-based global specialty chemicals company,
