We are very delighted to announce that we are currently seeking a 2nd level Technical Application Specialist for Proteomics. This an exciting challenge to be part of this new project! **Responsibilities**:

Perform remote or on-site support for repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentations. Use remote tools to support quick issue resolution. Analyze customer data and inspection findings to determine source of issues and provide recommendations for next actions. Share performance of demo Lab instruments to define standard processes. **Responsibility**:
Foster strong teamwork and cooperation to achieve team goals.
Optimize work schedule by coordinating with other specialist in the Large Molecule group for on-site service planning and remote scheduling. **Minimum Education and/or Experience**: - Factory trained on Thermo Orbitrap LSMS, Nano-LC is a must.
- Familiar and confident using our processing Proteomics software. Knowledge on competitors Software is an added skill. **Other Requirements**: - Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships and work across levels are important for this role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with different priorities and communicate clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and general IT knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal, self-motivational, and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated customer-centric vision and shown success in developing customer and team relationships.
- English skills, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Valid driving license.
- International travel.
