Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services & Membership team. The position will be based in Milan, Italy, and start October 2026. You will report to the Head of Technical Account Management.Gross Annual Salary starting from 36.000 euroCCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 YearYou will primarily be responsible for:Providing specialist business support and consultancy to Euronext customers, ensuring high satisfaction and adopting a client-focused approachManaging client relationships, communications and external documentation, acting as a point of reference for operational and technology topicsExecuting trainings, demos and webinars to present Euronext products, services and projects to customers, and ensuring client readiness for new or updated servicesCollaborating with other divisions and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of assigned tasksParticipating in change projects impacting clients,
