About the job **About The Role** As our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to legal management team. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management principles.
- In this role, you'll take a proactive and comprehensive approach to managing all financial operations, ensuring the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Italian GAAP.
- You are trusted to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting including that all accounting entries are made in accordance with accounting laws and guidelines as well as the Alleima Group's global reporting guidelines.
- Your duties will also involve creating and preparing comprehensive audit documents for local audits, annual financial statements, management reports, and any ad hoc requests, ensuring thorough and precise documentation for all financial activities.

- Managing the correct and timely processing of income tax, including consolidation, and handling monthly VAT returns will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
