You will drive the Organization toward a data driven mindset,
enabling analysis and decision making through Data analytics. Through statistical approach you will be required to determine key process drivers impacting performances and describing future scenarios.In this role you will be responsible for:Driving Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity AnalysisAnalyzing Demand evolution over Quarters to understand trends and variances versus ActualsDriving Engineering Teams to accurate and timely Vouchering allocationWorking with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality leader to build the appropriate Supply BaseSupporting the Team in Milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoptionSupporting Functional Costs analysis to understand cost drivers and drive cost reduction actionsApplying Data analytics to Engineering ProcessesDriving proactive data driven approach throughout the engineering chain enabling decision making and being ambassador of the mindsetDeveloping positive relationships and wor
