Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Collaborate with the bestAs Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible to manage any quality/technical aspect related to supplier's delivered products. Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistic and Procurement. Main goal is to continuously improve the supplier's Quality level, reducing both escaping defects and associated cost of quality, while growing and developing the supply base as per business needs.As Supplier Quality Engineering - Sourcing Specialist,



you will be responsible for:Manage Supplier's related Non-Conformity Record (NCR)Lead the suppliers in the execution of defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support the definition of robust corrective actions (CA)Implement Quality Development Plans for eligible suppliersQualify the suppliers according to Company rulesCarry out periodic Audits to verify compliance with company requirementsCheck the on-the-job inspections according to the Quality Control PlansSupport the suppliers on Deviation Request (SDR) managementSupport cross-functional initiatives to improve Suppliers QualityFuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent work experience in one or more of the following industrial processes: fabrication and machining (as a minimum), casting and forgingPossess technical knowledge of the following areas: welding (SMAW-FCAW, MIG, MAG, TIG), NDTs (VT, PT, MT, RX, UT), basics of metallurgy a
