- About Caffè Gilli_ Opened in 1733, Caffè Gilli is probably Florence's most authentic venues with a wonderful selection of pastries, fine dining and cocktails. We currently have an opportunity for a talented Commis with at least 2 years experience to join our team! Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include: assisting the Chef de Rang, serving of food, set-up and clearing of tables, providing an expertly service experience according to our standards.
