Based on the instructions received from the Manager and/or the department coordinator, carries out the tasks and activities listed below, for which they have been trained and authorized, in compliance with company and departmental SOPs and current safety regulations. **SPECIFIC TASKS/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES**:
**General/Routine Checks**: - Starts and ensures the accurate functioning of the plant systems serving the facility.
- Is familiar with the procedures for securing the plant systems.
- Monitors consumables. **Preventive/Predictive Maintenance**: - Initiates scheduled preventive maintenance interventions by filling out the relevant intervention forms and giving to the optimization of their content.
- Uses the maintenance management system to track interventions.
- Handles the arrival of external technical support staff at the facility and collaborates on the execution of scheduled activities. **Incidental Maintenance**:



- Intervenes to repair system malfunctions, even during production phases.
- Collaborates with supervisors, proposing permanent solutions to recurring issues in the production departments.
- Manages the arrival of external technical support staff at the company and collaborates to resolve ongoing issues. **Continuous Improvement**: - Implements system improvement to optimize downtime and restart times. **RELATIONSHIPS**:
**Internal**: - All company functions. **External**: - External service companies (maintenance and consulting). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**ESSENTIAL**:
**Education/Diploma/Training Courses**: - Technical diploma. **Technical and IT Skills**: - Knowledge of GMP and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with and ability to use IT systems.
- Ability to read pneumatic diagrams.
- Thermodynamics.
- Knowledge of water treatment, lyophilization, and sterilization processes. **Professional Experience**: - Previous experience in the same field. **Languages**: - English. **Personal Traits**: - Precision.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Determination.
