YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES




- Analysis of the AS IS spending data classification model and harmonization of the criteria (material group & industry code) and DB
- Launch, monitoring and reporting of the 2020 vendor rating campaign
- Analyse the actual material group and industry code coverage
- Compare the AS IS material group and industry code with reporting needing (HQ / Region / Country) and identify the required changes
- Engage ICT team for system align
- Set up Training Material and manage Countries communications
- Monitoring e-learning campaigns status and produce relevant KPIs WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
