International School dedicated to higher learning currently seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic and diverse team. If you are proficient in Adobe design software and you understand, set up and use digital printing equipment, preparing files for print production and websites, we want to hear from you! We offer a full-time in-person position with a “Contratto Determinato” and a supportive work environment that fosters creativity and growth. **Objectives of this role**
- Modify existing layouts and create new ones
- Ability to follow instructions
- Taking care of storage and archive
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. **Skills required**
- Strong knowledge of project design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong knowledge of design principles for print and web.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English language skills. **Objectives of this role**




- Work on a variety of projects and media using Adobe software, Microsoft Office, Google tools
- Gather input from managers to ensure projects meet company standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently and collaborate with the communications and marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and plan project execution based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.
- Review existing processes, identify and improve any deficiencies, and propose improved design solutions
- Attend to the archiving and maintenance of internal databases for projects, photos and videos. **Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems.
- Experience with photography and knowledge of photo editing software
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in design or visual communication is definitely considered a plus, but is not required. Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/10/2024
