The Paideia Institute seeks a Teaching Assistant with background in ancient Latin literature and archaeology to lead educational tours for American high school student groups in France (Marseille, Nîmes, Lyon). The Teaching Assistant will work with members of the Paideia office to coordinate the logistics of the group’s itinerary and will work with the professors from the university to coordinate the group’s curriculum. The Teaching Assistant will be with the student group and the professors for the entirety of the trip, will oversee the daily logistics and will participate in leading educational site visits. All transit, site entrances, and lodging will be covered, a per diem will be provided for meals, and the guide will receive additional compensation.
