Position Snapshot:• Nestlé Purina Italy, Greenfield Project Mantova • Logistics Lead Engineer • Permanent role, full-time• Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities• University Degree in Engineering disciplines (Logistics, Automation, Mechanical, Processes, Industrial engineering or similar)• In-depth knowledge of logistics, , automation engineering and digital Logistics operations• Fluency in English is required. Good level of Italian would be a plus• Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary 63.000,00.
Position Summary:Ensure the successful design, planning, implementation, installation, testing, start-up, ramp up and handover of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following Nestlé safety standards, projects charters, design specifications, ways of working & success criteria.A Day in the Life of a Logistics Lead Engineer: • Logistics Automation Oversight: Provide expert technical assistance during the execution, commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and alignment with Nestlé-Purina quality standards• Meet quality expectations. In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform the responsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediate actions.• Carry out all duties in strict compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health, and Safety docume
