**Responsabilità principali**:



- Eseguire manutenzioni preventive e correttive su impianti elettrici, idraulici e di riscaldamento, ventilazione e condizionamento.
- Effettuare piccole riparazioni a porte, finestre, mobili e attrezzature dell’hotel.
- Gestire eventuali emergenze di manutenzione con tempestività ed efficienza.
- Collaborare con altri reparti per garantire un servizio continuo e senza interruzioni agli ospiti.
- Mantenere aggiornati i registri di manutenzione e gli inventari delle attrezzature.
- Segnalare tempestivamente eventuali problemi di sicurezza o di conformità agli standard. **Requisiti**: - Diploma tecnico o esperienza equivalente in manutenzione e riparazioni.
- Conoscenza approfondita di impianti elettrici, idraulici, di riscaldamento, ventilazione e condizionamento e di carpenteria.
- Esperienza pregressa in una posizione simile, preferibilmente nel settore alberghiero.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e di gestire il tempo in modo efficace.
- Flessibilità negli orari di lavoro.
- Buone capacità comunicative e di lavoro di squadra.
- Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di risolvere problemi in modo tempestivo.
