Join our team as the Associate Director - Pharmaceuticals Business Development for EMEA, LATAM, CEE, and CIS. - Develop a network of potential partners and continuously generate leads for potential licensing or potential acquisition of portfolio.
- Work with cross functional teams (including integrated supply chain, R&D;, regulatory, medical, finance, and legal) to complete due diligence assessments of potential assets and/or acquisitions.)
- Perform valuations of potential assets, develop term sheets,



and with the legal team build deal documents (ex. NBO, LOI, APAs), and conduct negotiations with partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures as well as all legal requirements.
- Deliver performance measures agreed for the region, and individually for key countries within.
- Share competitive intelligence within team, and cross-function while maintaining compliant to business and legal requirements for confidentiality.
- Manage multiple, complex projects with broad scope simultaneously, assisting in prioritizing tasks, with clear communication to cross-functional collaborators and management.
- Stay invested in initiatives towards achieving individual and team objectives. **What you'll bring**: - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

- Ability to utilize Microsoft O365 and other collaborative tools to organize data, drive processes and track performance metrics.
