Coordinate and connect with the global CX team across different countries.qualificheRequirements:Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Marketing.Experience: At least one prior job or internship (ideally in marketing, CX, customer care, or analytics).Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.Tech Skills: Good with Data Visualization tools (like Power BI), PowerPoint, and AI/Gen-AI tools.Nice to HaveExperience with customer feedback platforms (like Medallia or Qualtrics).Background in market research or customer satisfaction programs.Experience in the insurance or financial sectors.13 del Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).
