Reporting into: Product Planning Team Leader Online Flagship Stores Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Managing day by day activities in order to upload orders and budgets and ensure the proper complete digital work flow;
- Supporting the commercial team in coordination and management of technical activities;
- Supporting the F&A; team in invoicing and authorizing budgets and orders;
- Being in charge of properties and deadline to be shared with the Operations area The type of person we are looking for: - University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- Ability to effectively communicate with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
- Language skills: Advanced English is mandatory
- Proactive attitude and work ethics
- Attitude to team working and ability to perform under tight deadlines
