**About the Role** Main responsibilities will include: - Analyse customers’ needs,

guide the optimization of production processes and develop a production automation concept in cooperation with the final customer
- Market development for new product lines, acting as the main interface with central functions in the company
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive successful and long-term partnerships (e.g: team up with FlexLink Operating Units)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address regional and global technical challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, sustainable, and tailored to diverse market needs **What You Need To Be Successful**
- Demonstrated success in leading technical teams, with a strong understanding of cross-border technical requirements
- Good command of AutoDesk CAD Tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving technical success in a global context
