The Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail M&A; team is composed of c. 25 professionals directly present in two main offices (Italy and Germany). The sub-sectors covered by the team span Food & Beverage, Apparel, Luxury, Home and Personal Care, Healthcare, Gaming. The Core product focus of the Team is M&A; but is also very active within Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Specialized Lending in core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE) with Origination and Execution capabilities**What you'll be doing**: - Support the day to day activities of the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail team
- Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies
- Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books
- Participate in internal business calls and client meetings **What you'll need to succeed**: - Strong demonstrated commitment and positive attitude
- Passion for the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail sector
- Knowledge of basic corporate finance theoretical and practical concepts
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Basic proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Ability to comprehend basic financial transactions
- Technical analytical skills and strong attention to detail
