We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Energy Marshall to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy.Responsibilities• Energy Isolation & Safety Authority
Act as the senior authority for all energy isolation activities on site, ensuring safe control of electrical and mechanical systems through rigorous permit-to-work, LOTO procedures, and energisation protocols.
• Energisation Planning & Execution
Lead the planning and coordination of system energisation,
developing detailed sequencing, risk assessments, and method statements to support safe and efficient commissioning of critical infrastructure.
• Permit Control & Compliance
Manage and enforce permit systems across all high-risk activities, ensuring strict compliance with project safety standards, local regulations, and best practice on a live, high-value construction environment.
• Stakeholder Coordination
Interface with construction, commissioning, and client teams to align on energisation strategy, shutdowns, and system readiness, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution across all disciplines.
• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Identify and mitigate risks associated with temporary and permanent power systems, driving continuous improvement in safety processes, documentation, and site-wide energy control standards.RequirementsMust have 8+ years' experience in a similar role on
