troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization.This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in Italy (preferably in the Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany regions) and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapies from discovery to delivery.Represent the company to our clientsPlan and execute service activities at the customer's siteManage own stock and work ordersParticipate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar positionTechnical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshootingEnglis
