employer brand storytelling, university and school partnerships, data-driven recruitment, and close collaboration with Kering on global talent initiatives.Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Executive HiringDefine and execute Gucci's global Talent Acquisition strategy, aligned with business priorities, workforce planning and future talent needs.Lead strategic, executive and critical hiring activities globally, ensuring strong talent pipelines across all functions and geographies.Partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to anticipate talent needs, support succession planning and provide market intelligence.Employer Branding, EVP & Talent AttractionDefine and activate Gucci's global Employer Branding and Employer Value Proposition strategy across all talent audiences and markets.Partner with Internal Communication, Brand and HR teams to strengthen Gucci's positioning as an employer of choice.Ens
