This role combines consulting expertise with operational execution,



partnering with hospital leaders and Medtronic teams to optimize performance, scale solutions, and embed sustainable ways of working. You will contribute to shaping IHS Operations offerings while supporting large-scale transformation programs through a flexible remote-based model with occasional travel, primarily within the UK and EurAsia.Lead end-to-end Operations transformation programs, from strategy development through implementation, execution, and measurable impactDrive hands-on delivery by translating strategic recommendations into practical solutions, improved ways of working, and sustainable outcomesPartner with hospital leaders, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional Medtronic teams to identify opportunities, build business cases, and deliver valueIdentify, implement, and scale operational improvements that enhance healthcare performance and service delivery.Co-develop and continuously improve
