**About the Role** Key Activities: - Assist the legal team in legal consulting and support regarding day-to-day contractual and business matters.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal memoranda related to corporate law and contractual matters.




- Support the team in various aspects of corporate governance and compliance.
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes, summarizing key points and action items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department. **What You Need to Be Successful**
- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a law degree program (JD or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Previous academic experience abroad is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Job Reference: CGS12080
