The Electrification & Power Grid Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP. You will report directly to the Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP. Your role
- You will manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion (e.g. decisions directly impacting the global operations of the Group)
- Work a daily calendar of meetings and events.
- You will prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the Electrification & Power Grid business unit
- Arrange travel and accommodations for Electrification Executive VP and Power Grid Executive VP. Prepare and manage related expense reports.
- Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff. Who are you?
- You have a strong experience in supporting C-Level Executives, with proven experience in managing priorities and time
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- You have demonstrated integrity and capability of managing sensitive and confidential information is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- You are a great team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.
- Fluent English both written and spoken, other language is appreciated (Spanish, French )
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, as well as SAP
- Strong ability to network and work with international teams
