**Minimum qualifications**: - 8 years of experience with cloud architectures in customer-facing/support roles.
- 8 years of experience in leading cloud transformations, including customer-facing migration, program management, service discovery, assessment, planning, execution and operations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to work with customers in Italy. **Preferred qualifications**: - Experience leading diverse teams including engineers, architects, and technical consultants on cloud migration engagements.
- Experience creating technology strategy, capability roadmaps, and implementation approaches for large migration programs.
- Experience with engaging product organization and influencing others to work on product features to drive the overall product strategy and roadmap.

- Drive industry-centric accelerators, assets, and POV to create broader impact across the industry in a specific domain or a technology area.
