We are currently looking for a **Junior Insurance Specialist** who will join Our **AFC Department **and who will be in charge of insurance related duties, such as submitting claims, verifying coverage, agevolazioni reviews, appealing denied claims, etc.. He/She will communicates with insurance Brokers for all operative matters. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Manage database and monitoring renewals and endorsements of Group Insurance Policies.
- Maintain and process insurance billings into the company software JDE OW 9.2.
- Maintain and update the list of personnel insured by Head Office with Health Insurance (Managers/Employees).
- Maintain and update the list of vehicles insured by Head Office with Motor Liability Insurance.




- Manage the process for car accidents from the moment of accident to the reimbursement.
- Schedule payments of Corporate Insurance Policies.
- Perform support duties including as filing of Insurance policies.
- Maintain relationships with insurance Brokers for operative issues.
- Keep record and follow up of all insurance claims.
- Define the insurance budget in cooperation with AFO. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economic/Administration disciplines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multitasking activities and meet different deadlines.
- Solid analytical skill is preferable.
- Collaborative and teamwork.
- Fluent in English.
- Expertise or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). **Other information**:
