We are looking for a Technical Support to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibilities would include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. **Responsibilities**: - Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns **Requirements and skills**: - Experience in the energy industry is desirable,



but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
