What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient management of inventory, personnel, and customer service interactions.
- Analyze and manage profit and loss statements to guarantee that revenue targets are consistently met or surpassed.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
- Implement strategic growth initiatives that align with the long-term goals of the company.
- Supervise employee relations,
ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and fostering a respectful workplace.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.
